Chapter 25: The Trouble With Is

He lay in bed thinking about what he just done. He really meant it, but regretted that it was said soharshly. He wasn't sure how to deal with her reaction. He knew she was probably even more confused than ever. He walked to his balcony, resting his hands on the side of the wood, and closed his eyes.

What in the hell was happening? Sure he cares about Keira more than anything. She's breathetaking in all angles. But its not the outter, its the inner that possesses power and pulls him everytime. He really does feel that of her. Its just something about her.
Something he kept searching for. It was just hard. Someone like her doesn't come so easy. Its going to take more than words. He has to prove to her that she means everything to him.

He digested that part with a swallow and sat up further on his bed. He never thought in forever that he would be so confused in his life. He knew at least one is thing is certain and he had felt this way all along. Just took him this long to touch it.

He ran a hand over his face and let out a breathe. What the hell just happened? What hasn't happened?

Love can be a many splendid thing
Has another joy you bring
A dozen roses, diamond rings
And fairy tales

This was beyond his person. He had faith it would happen just weird how its happening in the oddest way. He was always told to stay away from broken people. Legend has it, they it tends to occur when least expected. Well ok, in this case, that would be a prodigious understand if anything.

It’ll make you hear a symphony
And you’ll just want the world to see
But like a drunk that makes you blind
It’ll fool you every time

He wondered what was going through her mind. What new thoughts he confused her with. It appears he was quite good at that. Confusing people. He's been hold so much inside and it hasn't been healthy for his heart. He's been burned too many times to keep track.

He's clinging to her. He has no other choice. He has no one and neither does she.

The trouble with love is
It can tear you up inside
Make your heart believe a lie
Gets stronger then your pride
The trouble with love is
It doesn’t care how fast you fall
And you can’t refuse the call
See you’ve got no say at all

He's happy but sad. All he knows is that he's been fighting with himself with feelings held captive beneath lonely pastures.

Now I was just a once a fool it’s true
I played the game by all the rules
But now my world’s a deeper blue
I’m sadder but I’m wiser too
I swore I’d never love again
I swore my heart would never mend
Said love wasn’t worth the pain
But then I hear it call my name

He heard a noise next door. The room Keira was left in. Should he go? Probably not. They could both use nights off from living. Although, she could be hurt. Knowing her mind, she'd probably run again. Yeah, he feet said as he walked next door.

He promised that he was just going to check on her. Not talk to her. He had an aching feeling she left. He calmly opened the door peaked inside slowly.

He saw her unmoving on the bed. Totally umoving anything. He watched her young stomach hill upwards and release down. He moved a little to see her face.

Her eyelashes rested on her smooth cheeks. Her lips stood as two pushed out hands dying to reach out and hope. It was hard to make things happen especially when you want them to.

Everything had price. Even love. Even looks. He knew that. She was still afraid of that. She shifted a little and mummbled something he couldn't get out.

He just stared at her. Stared into the soul that grabbed his heart without asking. She took a piece of him that was frozen. She warms more than him. Nivana took over him as his eyes glided over her body. He was at peace, but she doesn't know what she feels.

The trouble with love is
It can tear you up inside
Make your heart believe a lie
Gets stronger then your pride
The trouble with love is
It doesn’t care how fast you fall
And you can’t refuse the call
See you’ve got no say at all

He can't get rid of thinking about it. Literally it consumned his body and he can't do anything else. He won't do anything else. There's nothing in the world that could take her away from him. She belongs in his soul forever.

He took a blanket and covered her body up to her shoulder. He planted a small kiss on her forehead breathing in her smell. Her intoxicating fume. She got him. No doubt. He was addicted. He would his life for her. Being in love was what is was at that momment. Too bad she's not seeing the signs. Maybe she will. It will all take time. When every comes full circle.

His knuckles grazed her cheek in song. it was her song really. her life singing in his ears. So sad. So unable. Life really was a song. And the music was harmonizing the melody as they dance together. More magical than Walt Disney could ever imagine.

He opened his eyes and found her again. The real her. She was there. Now he will not let her go. Never.

Every time I turn around
I think I’ve got it all figured out
My heart keeps callin
And I keep on fallin
Over and over again
This set story always ends the same
Me standin in the pouring rain
It seems no matter what I do
It tears my heart in two

He left her to sleep off everything. For the first time, the smile on his face wasn't contrived. He's man who will be there no matter what.

His head turned back to look at the solituded form once more. "I do love you. I won't stop."

Than, it was certain.
